Our equipment have hand pieces cooled with Safire crystals protecting the skin before, during and after the emission of the ray impeding burns; different from other machines that do not have the three types of cooling, or that use another external method (air or gas) which can be uncomfortable or unsafe.

The laser works destroying the hairs that are mainly in the active phase of growth at the moment of treatment, and since there are others in different growth phases, several additional sessions will be necessary to destroy all the follicles of a specific area.

Hair follicles develop inside the skin and have three stages: growth, regression and rest.

	ANAGENA: Is the active phase of hair growth. Is the period during which the laser is most effective in the elimination of unwanted hair.
	CATAGENA: Is a very short phase in which the hair follicle returns and begins to decrease in size.
	TELOGENA: Is the rest phase typically lasting several months. During this phase laser energy is not well absorbed, this is why several sessions are required.

The laser produces only light, you might feel a slight sensation, like a small touch over the skin, but not pain. Some patients may use a topical anesthetic for greater comfort.
